Administrative Associate - HR & Business Ops
Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Associate in our St. Louis office.
Associate will provide administrative support to four Human Resources (HR) staff and the VP of Business Operations.
Responsibilities include: Develop, input, and maintain information in computer software programs, including acting as lead for appropriate HR content on SharePoint. Handle record maintenance and report generation. Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and orientations. Prepare and send materials to new and current staff. Perform general accounting/bookkeeping processes for billings, expense reports, income reporting, and other applicable financial transactions. Manage general day to day administrative duties.
FT 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hour lunch - 37.5 hour work week. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits package.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in report generation using Excel is required. Experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint, and database management is strongly desired.

- 2+ years administrative experience
- Experience providing support to HR is strongly desired.
