Performs, calculates, reviews and reports laboratory diagnostic tests. Basic laboratory skills, maintenance, QC, and troubleshooting abilities. Understands the clinical significance of the testing performed. Responsibilities for teaching, training, correction of procedural/instrument issues increase through the range of MLS I to MLS III. EDUCATION:Bachelor Degree in biological science or chemistry and Medical Laboratory Scientist certification.
Sign-on Bonus:External candidates are eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new grads, up to $5,000 for individuals with more than three years of experience.
