Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Assist in creating data tags for electronic systems such as Data Historian.

• Assist with programming applications.

• Participate in Electrical Safety Council.

• Learn EPLAN software and use it to update Harro systems schematics.

• Review electrical schematics on control systems and update as needed.

• Assist in problem solving during system troubleshooting.

• Assist Project Engineers in on-going control system upgrades.

• Review and document changes to Electrical One-Lines for the facility - work with engineering / consultant to update the One-Lines and Arc Flash calculations.

• Support the site lighting upgrade project, verification and documentation of the fixtures and lighting levels post conversion, supporting validation requirements where needed.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering or a related field of study.

• Must have completed a minimum of their junior year in Electrical Engineering or related field of study with greater than 3.0 GPA.

• Must possess knowledge of electrical distribution systems.

• Must possess knowledge and some experience with machine control systems and programming.

The salary range for this position is: if pursuing Bachelors degree = $20/hour, if pursuing Masters degree = $25/hour, if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
