Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

  • Estimated annual base pay: $152,000 (minimum) - $185,000 (midpoint) - $228,000 (maximum)
  • Long-term incentive compensation in the form of equity

*All members included in cash bonus opportunity

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Learning Leader, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Director of Learning is responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role will work closely with our leadership team to identify learning needs and develop strategies to meet these needs. The Director of Learning reports into the VP, Organizational and Talent Development.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives and goals.
  • Develop and implement operational approaches and standard work to efficiently and effectively support learning administration and coordination, learning requests, help desk tickets, and vendor partner support.
  • Develop and implement learning and content governance.
  • Create and implement an onboarding approach for new team members.
  • Develop and deliver learning programs for team members at all levels of the organization, responding to current and future skill needs. Adopt an agile approach to accelerate learning design and delivery, and actively manage learning offerings as a product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning materials, in a variety of modalities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvements. Drive for learning impact.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and team members to ensure that learning and development initiatives are effective.
  • Create the learning technology roadmap, in alignment with the strategy, prioritizing automation and AI to create personalized learning experiences.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive learning and development strategies.
  • Proven experience creating and implementing strong learning operations and governance.
  • Experience scaling learning programs globally.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
