Participate in the design of software tools and subsystems to support reuse and domain analysis. Assist Applications Engineer and Applications Programmer to interpret software requirements and design specifications to code, and integrate and test software components.
Responsible for providing analysis and recommendations to assist the Government in decision making.
Develops complex technical improvements, changes and reports to implement customer requirements using various ERP system platform technologies.
Reviews and provides constructive feedback on the work of junior team members.
Contributes to quality improvements overall.
Due to the nature of the government contracts we support, US Citizenship is required.
DoD Security Clearance: Secret
Experienced SAP ABAP developer (has completed at least 1 full life cycle implementations) with a good working knowledge of US Army logistics business processes.
Must have a strong technical background in SAP HR (Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA) and Time Management (including CATS)). Also, needs to have experience in Process Integration (PI).
4-6 years of SAP experience as a Customer, Vendor and HR Developer
Proficient in ABAP programming
Army Logistical knowledge a plus
Experience with highly customized solutions
Experience with the DFPS, HR and FM modules Some functional knowledge desired
